Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the finance team in delivering timely and accurate reporting across multiple entities.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.

• Review financial statements, forecasts, and monthly performance reports.

• Partner with external auditors and tax consultants on audit and tax matters.

• Monitor and enhance internal controls and accounting practices.

• Drive continuous improvement in finance operations and reporting efficiency.

• Support digitalization initiatives and automation of financial processes.

• Provide strategic input on financial planning, cash flow, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or relevant

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
