Senior Accounts Executive (International Entities)

Location: Sin Ming
Working Hours: Office Hours (Mon–Fri)
Salary: Up to $4,500 Basic + Variable Bonus

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive who’s confident in handling full financial close responsibilities for multiple international entities. If you’re someone who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border environment—this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close Management

• Take charge of month-end and year-end financial closing for overseas entities

• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, and balance sheet schedules

• Work closely with overseas finance teams, tax agents & accounting providers

• Analyze revenue and expenses, providing meaningful variance insights

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards

• Prepare/review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders

• Assist in corporate income tax & VAT filings for international markets

• Support annual external and internal audits with required documentation

Requirements

• CPA / ACCA qualified (preferred)

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience

• Prior audit background is a bonus

• Familiarity with NetSuite is an advantage

• Strong independent working skills and cross-country coordination experience

• Singaporeans only
