Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As a Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer, you will be expected to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems and innovative electronic projects. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of software, computer, mechanical, electronics and communications engineers who are passionate in turning ideas to actual systems, with a strong sense of purpose in advancing our capabilities. We strive to make our systems smarter and faster, easier to operate, collaborate seamlessly with other systems and easily adaptable to different mission needs.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Design and develop appropriate electrical architecture and modules for cutting-edge underwater robotic and sensor systems

  • Perform design analysis, technology assessments of novel systems and carry out trade-off studies

  • Identify and address performance and production issues in all aspects of Electrical and Electronics design, including basis of design, conceptual and detailed design

  • Perform hardware system integration, testing and assembly of system at module and system level

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics and Robotics.

  • Extensive hands-on experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Able to liaise with clients, vendors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed to specifications, within budget and timeline.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, proficiency with CAD software, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and motivate teams.

  • Knowledge in drawing wiring diagrams and schematics

  • Competent in soldering and cable harnessing in tight spaces

  • Knowledge in microcontrollers and programming will be advantageous

  • Passionate about engineering design and research, particularly in the field of underwater robotics and sensors

  • Good product design and process development knowledge and experience with strong analytical skills to generate solutions and alternatives during system integration and testing

  • Open to new challenges

  • Ability to work to deadlines with a short timeframe

  • Singaporean only
