Position : HR Operations & Recruitment Support
Working Days : 5 Days Work Week
Working Hours : 10am to 7pm
Working Location : AMK HQ ( Will require to travel to campus )
Job Description
Career Conversion Program Support:
Prepare and manage documentation for career conversion programs.
Handle follow-up emails and provide regular updates on program progress.
HR Operations Assistance:
Assist with various HR operational matters, including the smooth onboarding of new hires and efficient offboarding processes for departing employees.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews and meetings with various internal and external stakeholders.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Support:
Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment cycle, including liaising with relevant department heads to facilitate their new hires.
Project Hiring Documentation:
Assist in project-based hiring by updating and maintaining all required documentation as specified for each project.
Any Other Miscellaneous Duties required by Hiring manager.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (or related field/equivalent experience).
Entry-level candidates welcome; full training provided.
Eager to learn and develop HR skills (Recruitment and Operations).
Strong ability to manage various internal stakeholders.
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
