Assistant Warehouse – Parts Department - #1102829

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operations of the Parts Department. The ideal candidate will assist in the accurate handling, storage, and movement of automotive spare parts, including receiving shipments, preparing goods for export, and supporting the workshop with timely parts issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue parts to internal departments and provide support to the service workshop.

• Pick, pack, and deliver items accurately according to requests and delivery notes.

• Receive and verify incoming local and overseas shipments.

• Perform daily picking and issuing for Material Requests (MRs) and stock transfers.

• Sort incoming parts accurately and organize them for storage or distribution.

• Prepare and pack goods for export shipments.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance through routine housekeeping.

• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.

• Forklift license is mandatory.

• Preferably with prior automotive spare parts experience.

• Physically fit to handle heavy loads (10kg or more).

• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.

• Work Location: 14 Benoi Road, Singapore 629887

• Basic Salary: $1,900 – $2,400

• Bonuses:

  • June Bonus: 2 months

  • December Bonus: 1 month

• Flexi Benefits: $700 annually

• Annual Leave: 14 days

• Overtime: Payable (if required)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
