Job Responsibilities:
Daily triggering and assigning of jobs, liaise with driver and call management team.
Email call management team to check on spare parts’ estimated delivery date and time.
Liaise with customer on shipment dates. Work with Ops RMA team on unused parts.
Arrange red rush ordering with APDC HUB warehouse and driver.
AHOC collection activation request by call management team or engineers.
Follow up with customer and call management team on back order and manual release (recovery).
Prepare loan form for customer to sign for loan of spare parts.
Backup on preparation of airway bill and invoices.
Job Requirements:
Minimum N-Level
Willing to learn, hold responsibility and take stress.
Able to work as a team and support each other.
