ACMV Quantity Surveyor - #1102912

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates, and BQ for ACMV works.

• Handle tender submissions and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotes.

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Conduct site measurements and verify ACMV works.

• Monitor project costs and support procurement of ACMV materials.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in QS, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 2-3 years ACMV QS experience, preferably with a subcon company.

• Familiar with ACMV systems and measurement standards.

• Good communication and analytical skills.
