Job Summary:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in our multi-channel distribution strategy. You will be part of the team supporting our revolutionary BigFundr platform, which seamlessly connects global property developers with investors seeking fast, digital savings solutions. Working closely with our Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams, you will help streamline processes, manage client touchpoints, and support the growth of our guaranteed products to a diverse base of retail, accredited, and institutional investors across the region.
Your contribution will be key in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving our bold ambitions to transform the future of savings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, compliance, finance, legal, and operations) to support deal closure and client onboarding.
Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date sales pipeline tracking.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries and assist in resolving any issues during the sales or onboarding process.
Track and report key sales metrics (e.g., pipeline status, deal progress, conversion rates).
Support marketing and lead generation initiatives, including campaign follow-ups and lead qualification.
Prepare internal reports and sales materials to support management decisions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Assist in post-sales support and coordination when required, working closely with customer success teams.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, client servicing, or administrative roles, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Technology sectors.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Fintech or B2B financial software solutions is a strong plus.
Familiarity with financial products, digital payments, or regulatory processes.
Ability to understand basic financial concepts and communicate technical ideas clearly to clients.
