A sales administrator provides essential administrative and clerical support to a sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations. His/her responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer data, handling invoices, and generating sales quotations and reports.
Order Processing:
Receiving and processing sales orders via phone, email, or customers' online platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, maintaining healthy sales orders and fulfilment of orders in our ERP system.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining and updating customer records, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Reporting:
Compiling and analyzing sales data, generating weekly/ monthly reports, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales Support:
Assisting the sales team with various tasks, including preparing documentations and coordinating logistics.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining organized records of sales transactions, customer information, and other relevant data.
Liaising with representatives and partners:
Interacting directly with reps and partners for local and overseas queries. Your tasks may range from addressing their queries and keeping them informed about their orders, to handling any issues or complaints they might have.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with sales software, ERP/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Customer Service Skills:
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively
ITE business or engineering certifications.
1-2 years repair experience in a relevant or related industry.
