Responsibilities:

• Lead the pastry vision and development roadmap, ensuring creative and operational alignment across all outlets.

• Oversee day-to-day production and ensure consistent execution of pastry items across the central kitchen and stores.

• Develop new and seasonal products that balance innovation, brand identity, and customer preference.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain to support launches and campaigns.

• Uphold high production and food safety standards across all markets and outlets.

• Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to refine offerings and maintain relevance.

• Mentor the pastry team to build technical excellence, creativity, and team cohesion.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Baking, or relevant

• Minimum 5 years of experience
