Key Responsibilities
1) Sales Support & Administration:
Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Prepare and manage delivery summaries.
2) Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
Follow up on work orders, sample requests, and delivery timelines.
Liaise with clients for after-sales support and satisfaction feedback.
3) Order & Inventory Coordination:
Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams on stock availability.
Monitor order status, stock movement, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
4) Logistics & Delivery Scheduling:
Work with logistics team to arrange deliveries to sites.
Track and update delivery schedules and resolve any delivery issues.
5) Project Coordination (preferably):
Support project personnel with material submissions, site requirements, or documentation.
Help coordinate samples, mockups, and site measurements if required.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or project admin, preferably in construction, interior design, or marble/natural stone industries.
Skills & Knowledge
Familiarity with marble, granite, quartz, sintered stone, or tile products is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD or photoshop is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Willingness to occasionally visit job sites if needed.
