Full-Time | Taekwondo School | 5-Day Work Week

We are a well-established Taekwondo school with over 30 years of presence in Asia. Known for our structured and holistic training system, we are seeking capable and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations and support business growth across our branches in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations, including class scheduling, staff coordination, and inventory

• Lead customer service efforts, handle enquiries, and maintain positive parent-student relationships

• Drive student enrolment through promotions, events, and lead conversion

• Ensure accurate reporting of branch performance and operational data

• Coordinate with instructors and internal teams for smooth delivery of our Taekwondo curriculum and branch operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and basic CRM tools

• Strong communication skills in English and one other language

• Organised, independent, and able to handle multiple responsibilities

Working Hours:

• 5-day work week (Tuesday to Friday + alternate Saturday or Sunday)

• Based at one of our branches across Singapore
