Job Scope

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and permits declaration

• Liaise with customs authorities, port operators, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure the timely clearance of cargo.

• Maintain and update records of declarations, permits, and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes

• Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for freight and customs-related services, working closely

• with the Finance team to resolve any discrepancies.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Trade or equivalent

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences in logistics coordination, or customs compliance

• Possess Certificate of Singapore Customs Competency Test for Declarants
