Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments.
Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in any discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Meticulous, patient, and detail-oriented, with a strong sensitivity to numerical data.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
