What is the job about?
Responsible for DC Planning, evaluating and calculating optimum inventory control elements, managing and executing segmentations (different product category with different lead time) to secure right stock and availability for CBS products. To perform order management duties and address exceptions and errors for on-time deliveries.
Your main responsibilities
Perform product analysis and segmentation of Stock Keeping Units; Review and define SAP MRP parameters for CBS products.
Issue purchase orders promptly and handle enquiries relating to lead time, delivery, etc.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are confirmed promptly according to group’s established lead-time and shipments are arranged by suppliers on time and accurately.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to address issues which might impact delivery to customers
Optimize product availability and delivery to customers according to agreed performance and stock target for CBS products
Perform necessary actions relating to inventory slow movers, stock obsolescence, product return, product recall or quality issues
Resolve Supplier’s Invoice discrepancy; perform any other adhoc tasks being assigned and provide guidance and support to the team when needed
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree is desirable, with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a planning environment or similar.
Logistics knowledge is beneficial, but not a requirement.
SAP experience will be beneficial
