Key Responsibilities
Solution Consulting & Architecture
Engage with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements.
Design and articulate end-to-end cybersecurity solutions (including products and services) aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
Lead technical discussions, workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
Technical Sales Enablement
Support sales and business development efforts by delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
Develop and maintain up-to-date technical sales collateral including solution briefs, architecture diagrams, and whitepapers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align on technical feasibility, integration strategies, and service capabilities.
Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitor offerings.
Represent ST Engineering Cybersecurity at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to promote thought leadership.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance existing cybersecurity offerings through innovation and client feedback.
Contribute to the development of new services or solutions based on market demand and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architect, or cybersecurity consulting role.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, endpoint protection, threat detection & response, zero trust, cloud security, and managed security services.
Hands-on experience with security technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, firewalls, EDR, IAM, DLP, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, etc.) are highly desirable.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
