As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of financial and administrative responsibilities across banking, monthly accounts, audits, and more.

Role and Responsibilities
Banking
Liaise with bankers for all accounts, banking related matters.
Handle all banker guarantees, including preparation, submission, and monitoring of renewals and terminations.
Maintain and oversee all bank fixed deposits.
Monthly Accounts
Oversee the Accounts team to ensure seamless operation and closure of monthly and annual accounts.
Review and approve daily and monthly payments (vendors, staff, and related payments) for APRO Group of Companies.
Review and approve monthly journals
Prepare and review monthly office staff payroll journals.
Track funding received across all entities.
Audit & Annual Accounts
Prepare and review annual financial statements (FS), consolidated worksheets, and tax computations for various entities.
Submit annual financial documents for audit purposes, including coordination with auditors and tax agents.
Arrange XBRL documents for annual filing purposes.
Provide oversight and advice on draft annual FS and audit journals.
Tax & Compliance
Review, approve, and submit Quarterly GST for relevant entities.
Prepare annual tax information to tax agents and review final tax computations.
Administrative & Ad-Hoc Duties
Provide ad-hoc information for tenders and surveys
Attend to analysis requests, document preparation, and resolving complaints or issues raised.
Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
Minimum ACCA level 2
Proven experience in accounts management, with expertise in banking, audits, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in financial software and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
