My client, an homegrown IT consulting firm offering a wide range of enterprise solutions and consulting services.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's financial budgets and preparation of periodic financial reports/statements for management and statutory purposes.
   
• Responsible for liaising with the Management and internal and external auditors on finance and tax related matters.
   
• Direct and control all financial and accounting systems to ensure timely and reliable financial services and information flow.
   
• Deliver insights from sales reporting/P&L to influence plans and strategies. Responsible for the timely preparation and completion of the annual and half yearly or scheduled accounts of the Association and ensuring compliance with the prevailing law and regulations.
   
• Oversee Finance functions and ensure their operating effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements
  
  
   

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA.
   
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a Consulting Industry.
   
• Able to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal form, and possess good public speaking skills.
