Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing
Process and organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documents for expense reimbursements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal databases
Archive and manage both digital and physical documents in an organized and secure manner
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling data and documents
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
