Customer Service Coordinators (12 mths direct contract)

Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm

Monthly Salary:

• $3,200 per month + $200 fixed allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify customer purchase orders in SAP/Oracle

• Track and monitor order fulfilment, shipping status, and backlog

• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate delivery and invoicing

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly

• Support the Sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service/sales coordination roles in a manufacturing-related company (e.g. electronics, logistics, medical, engineering, etc.)

• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems for sales order entry and fulfilment tracking

• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients

• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
