As an Assistant Manager, Patient Experience Office, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Collaborates across departments and leadership to drive strategic service excellence initiatives that enhance patient-centred care and foster multidisciplinary teamwork.
Leads the planning and execution of annual service excellence events and year-round initiatives, coordinating six functional teams to reinforce service culture and behaviours.
Drives continuous service improvement projects based on feedback from patients, caregivers, visitors, and staff—focusing on communication, billing workflows, bereavement processes, and patient empowerment.
Acts as Secretariat and key collaborator with the Culture Building Implementation team to align service initiatives with broader cultural transformation goals.
Co-leads the enhancement of the Patient Experience Survey platform, ensuring timely feedback analysis to guide and prioritise service improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is a plus.
