Job Responsibilities:

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing processes, tool design, and quality/test procedures

• Provide technical support in manufacturing electro-mechanical assemblies, cables, and harnesses

• Create and maintain documentation including BOM, MI, SOE, OMS, and related specs

• Perform hands-on assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators on best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and cost targets are met

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related certification)

• 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly environments, preferably in semiconductors or precision engineering
