About the Company

Our client is a well-established marine and offshore service provider with over a decade of presence in Asia. Headquartered in Singapore, the company delivers end-to-end solutions including ship supplies, technical services, spare parts, safety equipment, and offshore logistics to global shipping clients. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a driven Client Relationship Manager to join their commercial team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts across the marine and offshore sector, including ship owners, managers, and operators
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, order coordination, and issue resolution
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
• Build long-term customer relationships through regular check-ins and service reviews
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support pricing and commercial strategies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marine sales, account management, or technical coordination
• Prior experience in ship supply, offshore services, or maritime logistics is preferred
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
