Overview:
Lenovo is seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR Project Specialist to partner with our International Sales Organization across the Greater Asia Pacific region. In this strategic role, you will lead and orchestrate high-impact HR initiatives that span diverse markets, cultures, and teams. You will contribute to business-critical projects focused on organizational transformation, talent optimization, and performance excellence to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-country HR projects aligned with business transformation goals.

  • Strategic Planning & Governance:
    Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks, including detailed plans, KPIs, ROI analysis, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Digital Enablement:
    Champion digital and automation solutions to enhance workforce analytics and HR operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure alignment with local market needs and strategic objectives.

  • Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors to support project delivery and innovation.

  • Risk & Impact Management:
    Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.

  • Executive Reporting:
    Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones, outcomes, and strategic value.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and embed best practices into future initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of HR project management experience in a multinational or regional setting.

  • Proven success in delivering HR and business transformation initiatives.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in workforce analytics and HR metrics.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with diverse cultural dynamics.
