Job Description

• Manage shipments materials and equipment, including customs clearance and compliance with local regulations.

• Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in alignment with project requirements and production schedules.

• Prepare and manage documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and etc.

• Work closely with transport companies, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

• Align logistics activities with timelines

• Monitor and control transportation costs, while identifying opportunities for logistics process improvements and savings.

• Ensure logistics activities comply with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and material handling standards.

• Liaise with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align logistics needs.

• Address delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments proactively to avoid disruptions to operation workflows.

Requirements

• Fresh Diploma Graduates from Singapore institutions with focus in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

• Prefer Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in using MS Office
