Our client is seeking a Senior Manager (Mechanical) to join their team!

Are you an experienced mechanical engineer looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with operational leadership? This Senior Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to provide crucial technical guidance, lead projects, and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic engineering environment.

What you'll be doing?

• Technical Advisory: Provide expert mechanical engineering advice to project managers and engineers, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.

• Project Leadership: Interpret specifications, develop project plans, and monitor cashflow and P&L, driving project success from inception to completion.

• Client Relations: Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers, representing the company and resolving operational issues effectively.

• Problem Solving: Offer innovative solutions to site issues, technical challenges, and manpower deployment, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Mentorship: Guide and motivate junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Contract Management: Apply your expertise in contractual knowledge to manage claims, variations, and value engineering initiatives.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore, BCA, or IES. Professional Engineer (Mechanical) certification is highly advantageous.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in mechanical services within M&E Consultancy or related firms, demonstrating a strong track record of project success.

• Personal Qualities: A dynamic, self-motivated individual who can confidently interact with senior team members, clients, and consultants.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management software, and industry standards.

Working hours:

• 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm
