Job Description

• Sales Development
  - Drive sales of service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts.
  - Create customized proposals aligned with customer goals.

• Customer Relationship Management
  - Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure renewals.
  - Conduct site visits and account reviews to identify upsell opportunities.
  - Act as the main point of contact post-sale.

• Technical & Commercial Coordination
  - Collaborate with internal teams to design viable service solutions.
  - Prepare quotes, tender responses, and SLAs.
  - Ensure pricing balances competitiveness and profitability.

• Market & Installed Base Analysis
  - Track equipment lifecycle to time offers.
  - Analyze competitor services and identify growth areas.

• Sales Reporting & Forecasting
  - Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and track performance.
  - Report on sales metrics and provide strategic market feedback.

• Collaboration & Process Improvement
  - Work cross-functionally to improve customer experience.
  - Contribute to service portfolio and marketing initiatives.

Qualification

• Experience in relevant aftermarket sales of spare parts or maintence service contract in any industry

• Knowledge with electrical & electronics components of equipment / machineries

• Experience in managing key accounts clients

• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
