HR Manager (L&D) - (GOVT/Up to $4800) - #1101331

Support meaningful HR and L&D initiatives that impact the public service!

• 9- month contract, subject to renewal
• Mon - Fri, office hours

• up to 4800 per month 
• Training provided

Responsibilites: 

• Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programmes, including scheduling, logistics, and recommending suitable courses.
• Support internal communications, such as email campaigns (EDMs) and promotional materials, and help manage training logistics and admin tasks.
• Assist in managing the performance appraisal cycle, including system updates and coordinating review timelines.
• Provide support for HR operations like employee benefits, compensation reviews, data analysis, and generating reports.
• Help roll out the Competency Framework by supporting competency mapping, documentation, and engaging relevant stakeholders.
• Offer admin and coordination support for HR development projects, including organizing meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management and relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant human resources experience (e.g., L&D, HR policy analysis, compensation & benefits)
• Familiarity HRIS system is a plus
• Self-motivated team player who works well in a dynamic environment
• Singaporeans only
