Job Role Summary
The main responsibility is to identify business opportunities and develop new customer accounts in a designed channel through networking and cold calling to potential new clients. The incumbent will also be required to promote the company’s product and service to optimize sales volume and achieve sales revenue/profit’s goal. Aside being responsible for specific geographic area where he/she is accountable for the business result; it is also his/her responsibility to ensure that all outlets operating in his/her region are properly registered with the company.
Area of Responsibility
Bringing new business opportunities, Identify and solicit new leads and prospect through cold email, cold call, networking, and social selling.
Prepare and conduct presentation proposals and contracts to potential customer.
To submit progress weekly activity report and channel development to the immediate superior.
To penetrate and increase distribution of all products to increase the potential maximizing for the profit.
Provide regular feedback on competitors’ information, market activities, programs, new products and maintain prospect database.
Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Visit assigned accounts regularly to build and maintain good rapport with customers.
Collect payment, achieve sales targets set by the company.
Independent, self-motivated and sales result oriented individual as well as team player.
Ability to communicate, develop relationship and negotiate at all levels.
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant operational and experiences in FMCG sales roles are preferred.
Strong negotiation and good knowledge of the industry.
Aptitude and Skills
Advanced understanding of basic office applications, including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Candidates are required to own his or her own vehicle for this role
