Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning and execution of complex engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules using industry-standard software tools to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ensuring accuracy across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and integrate them into project timelines.

• Perform critical path analysis and scenario planning to anticipate delays and recommend recovery actions.

• Regularly update project schedules based on actual progress, resource availability, and changes in project scope.

• Generate schedule reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and constraints.

• Support resource planning and forecasting by aligning schedules with project resource plans.

• Ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations in terms of schedule management and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in engineering, construction, or large-scale capital projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Strong understanding of scheduling concepts including WBS, critical path method, resource leveling, and baseline control.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments is an advantage, but not mandatory.
