- Plan and implement curriculum and programmes
- Plan developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to the relevant curricula frameworks
- Design developmentally appropriate learning materials and resources to enhance quality of learning environment
- Evaluate documentations of children’s learning and development to better inform planning and teaching
- Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships
- Foster relationships with families to facilitate the continuity of care and learning between home and M.Y World
- Manage family and community programmes
- Develop M.Y World, family and community initiatives and programmes
- Develop outreach activities to promote the M.Y World’s programmes and services
- Conduct routine caregiving
- Review results of routine caregiving assessment
- Guide routine caregiving practices in accordance with standards and procedures
- Evaluate routine caregiving improvements
- Uplift professional practice
- Co-develop appropriate teaching and caregiving methods based on emerging sector trends, technologies and tools
