Production Technologist (PERM - MASS HIRING!)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:42am to 5:00pm
  (Includes two 10-min tea breaks + one 30-min lunch)

• Overtime (OT):

  • Optional, up to 8:00pm on weekdays

  • Saturday OT (8:00am – 5:00pm) also optional

  • Transport is provided for both regular and OT shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Higher Nitec: $2200

• Nitec: $2100

• Below Nitec: $1600

• + $45 monthly attendance incentive

• + 1-month AWS and performance bonus (VB)

Job Scopes

• You will work at a fixed station on a conveyor belt assembly line.

• Each unit (probably a refrigeration unit or air-con component) comes to your station.

• You will:

  • Assemble parts or operate a machine to attach/fix something.

  • Once done, the unit moves to the next person/station.

• The job is repetitive and manual, and you will be standing most of the day.

• You do not rotate stations unless covering for someone.

• PPE (e.g., gloves, earplugs) provided

Training

• 2 days in a simulation training centre

• Then 2 weeks of buddy system / on-the-job training (OJT)

Requirements

• No experience needed

• Comfortable with long standing hours

• Singaporeans only
