Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products .
Manage all aspects of new product introductions including strategy development, messaging, , promotional materials, and launch execution.
Oversee campaigns across various channels such as print, digital, social media, and email marketing.
Lead efforts to increase awareness and preference for assigned brands through targeted advertising, public relations, and experiential marketing activities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key messages and ensure consistency in all external facing collaterals.
Provide regular updates on market trends, competitive landscape, and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 1 years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing preferably within the laboratory industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems.
