We are looking for a result-oriented, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team. A People’s person with a positive can-do attitude and aptitude.
Job Responsibilities
Staff Welfare
Oversee staff welfare and recreation, such as supporting frontline sales events, organizing company events including participating in annual National Day Parade.
Recruitment
Work closely with the hiring manager to handle end-to-end recruitment for both local & foreign candidates.
In charge of onboarding activities (issuing uniform, induction and orientation program, confirmation).
Assist Recruiter to manage monthly Orientation Program.
In charge of uniform inventory
Payroll
Verify and approve staff claim
Will be trained and eventually incharge of a division payroll which include maintain accurate employee data and leave record in HRIS
General HR Duties
Manage exit processes including conducting exit interview, exit clearance and prepare monthly report.
Apply and renew work pass for employees.
Handle employees’ general queries.
Assist in staff insurance claims and Company’s insurance renewal.
Update the contents of Company’s intranet.
Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in business related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
Must be able to work independently and in a team.
Familiar with MOM Employment Legislation
Knowledge of Payroll System will be advantageous.
Able to start within short notice.
