Job Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, performance management compensation & benefits, training and employee relations.
Manage and process monthly payroll and CPF submission, IRAS tax submission.
Handle work pass administration (apply / issue / renew).
Handle onboard and exit orientation to employees.
Maintain company insurance and claims (WICA, medical insurance, vehicle insurance).
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Responsible for administrative matters such as corporate events planning, petty cash etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' HR working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Candidates with experience in Infotech systems will have an advantage.
