Providing administrative support with a strong emphasis on the following areas:
1. Planning and executing marketing communications (Marcom) activities across traditional and digital channels.
2. Overseeing the performance and optimisation of both organic and paid Marcom campaigns.
3. Maintaining and updating the company’s website and online shop using WordPress.
4. Coordinating marketing support initiatives with distributors to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute marketing administrative tasks, including performance evaluation and analysis of Marcom activities, as well as ad hoc administrative duties.
2. Oversee and manage the company’s various social media platforms.
3. Design and deliver marketing collateral—such as posters, banners, brochures, and graphics—for use across web, social media, and offline channels.
4. Assist in the coordination and organisation of marketing events, including seminars, trade shows, telemarketing activities, and other ad hoc initiatives.
5. Support post-event follow-up for all exhibitions and company-participated shows, including responding to inquiries via forms and email.
6. Contribute to the development of both short-term and long-term marketing plans at the departmental and corporate levels.
7. Conduct research to identify suitable global events and exhibitions for company participation.
8. Support the conceptualisation and development of video content—either in-house or in collaboration with external vendors—for corporate and product-related communications.
9. Handle additional ad hoc responsibilities as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Assist in checking on the in/out flow of company products.
Knowledge and Skill requirements:
1. Proficient in marketing platforms such as Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
2. Strong track record in managing multiple projects with both distributors and suppliers; technically adept with excellent communication skills.
3. Skilled in Microsoft Office with solid oral and written communication abilities.
4. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, though candidates with 2–3 years of proven digital marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
5. Demonstrated success in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid marketing communications campaigns.
6. Familiarity with the Electronics, Semiconductor, or IoT industries and product development is advantageous.
7. Open to a flexible work schedule as required by project demands.
