Job Responsibilities:

• Apply human-centred design principles to support and enhance initiatives

• Provide expert input on design elements and generate innovative ideas

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and staff experiences

• Identify and address patient safety and experience challenges using structured methodologies and design tools

• Plan and conduct design thinking workshops to facilitate problem-solving and improvement initiatives

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design or a related field
