About the Role
Our Client is seeking a resourceful and execution-focused professional to join their team as a Change & Training Executive - a large-scale implementation of a Requisition-to-Invoice procurement platform.
This role will focus on developing change communications, training materials, managing training logistics, and providing operational support to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the core project team, translating strategy into actionable plans and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Communications Support
Create change communication materials such as emailers, FAQs, posters, infographics, and leadership messages.
Prepare leadership decks, project updates, and internal presentation slides using PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.
Support content localization and messaging alignment for FairPrice Group’s internal audiences.
Training Support & Material Development
Develop and maintain user guides, video walkthroughs, reference cards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support bilingual content formatting (English and Mandarin), where needed.
Coordinate training rollout schedules and logistics with system integrators and internal teams.
Assist in Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide post-training support.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal change champions to gather feedback and enhance communications and training resources.
Track adoption progress, compile training and survey feedback, and assist in reporting for change management activities.
Document change impacts and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Training, or a related discipline.
Prior project coordination experience and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or other video design platforms is advantageous as this role will involve creating training manuals and guides
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with content tools such as Canva, Google Slides, or Figma.
Strong written and formatting skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on, collaborative, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
