• Oversee Night renovation and construction activities in the premises

• Work closely and coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultant to ensure site compliance and readiness

• Monitor projects progress and ensure works are on timeline, cost and safety measures

• Prepare documents, layout and photos for night meetings

• Ensure works comply according to regulatory and company policies, at the same time maintain ISO45001 safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Engineering / Building

• 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or project renovation

• 1 year of Workplace Safety experience

• Certificate in Occupational First Aid, Health Safety and Working at Height training

• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
