Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale transformation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.

• Align project objectives with broader business strategy to support long-term transformation goals.

• Collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery resilience.

• Communicate project strategies, progress, and issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

• Motivate and lead project teams, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and team cohesion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program or project delivery, with a strong technical implementation background.

• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in diverse organizational settings.

• Tertiary education required; project management certification preferred.

• Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and lead teams toward shared goals.
