AREA MANAGER, BAKERY DIVISION - #1100835

We are a leading F&B group known for our passion in delivering quality baked goods and exceptional service. With a growing number of bakery outlets, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations and lead teams across multiple locations.

• Manage daily operations of multiple bakery outlets within the assigned area

• Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability

• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service

• Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and front-line teams

• Monitor inventory levels, cost control, and P&L performance

• Implement marketing campaigns and local initiatives

• Enforce compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory standards

• Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations

• Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or bakery retail management

• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems

• Possess own transport is an advantage (for mobility between outlets)
