Senior Executive (Commercial Excellence, West, Events management) - #1100844

Location: West

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 6pm 

Duration: 2 years contract

Salary: Up to $4500 per month 

Job Description: 

• Supplier Townhall Management

  • Lead the coordination with external stakeholders to ensure readiness of event venues and third-party agencies.

  • Oversee catering arrangements.

  • Manage internal stakeholder alignment to ensure content preparedness and clarity on roles.

  • Allocate tasks and provide clear briefings to internal support teams.

• Supplier Code of Conduct Declaration

  • Review and ensure the declaration form is fit for purpose and aligns with latest requirements (e.g. Bizsafe3).

  • Develop the Bizsafe3 policy framework.

  • Monitor status updates and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of declarations.

  • Maintain close tracking and reporting of declaration compliance.

• Product Governance and Compliance

  • Provide guidance to the buying team regarding contractual matters in collaboration with the Legal team.

  • Ensure adherence to contract approval matrix and follow-up on outstanding items

  • Track and ensure the annual completion of the Code of Practice for Products.

• Billing and Tracking of Allowances and Incentives

  • Monitor progress for incentives by suppliers

  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure targets are met

  • Ensure accurate and timely and accurate billings for allowances

• Vendor Scorecard

  • Creation and automation of dashboards for relevant categories.

  • Leverage digital tools (Google Sheets, App Script, and basic querying) to streamline reporting processes.

  • Drive action plans to improve vendor performance with the category management team

• Supplier Communications

  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of communication to suppliers

  • Manage project timelines for supplier communications and ensure proper documentation of actions.

• ISO Documentation Management

  • Ensure ISO documentation under the Supplier Management function is up to date.

  • Maintain audit-ready records and version controls.

 Requirements: 

• Min Diploma

• 1-3 years of working experience

• Strong coordination and event management skills

• Understanding of compliance frameworks and policy implementation

• Singaporeans only.
