Project Engineer/Site Engineer (6 days) - #1100885

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates on work schedules, manpower, and productivity.

• Ensure strict enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and minimize rectification work.

• Ensure all on-site activities are in compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Enforce safety protocols and promote a clean, hazard-free working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Assist in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and streamline work execution.

• Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.

• Support the project manager in planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a site or project engineering role.

• Familiarity with construction/project site operations, SOP enforcement, and ISO standards.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently under pressure.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to site works.
