Responsibilities
- Compensation & Benefits: Conduct salary benchmarking, participate in market surveys, and ensure alignment with market data and internal equity to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- Annual Review & Incentives: Oversee annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive processes in line with business goals and compliance standards.
- Budget & Reporting: Support manpower planning and budget forecasting; generate and analyze reports on C&B, overtime, and workforce costs to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- At least 5 years of compensation and benefits experience
- Experience with or knowledge of data visualization tools, tax regulations, social security systems, and immigration laws is a plus
