Seeking a proactive and adaptable Assistant Manager for Programme Management to join a reputable executive education team.
This role involves overseeing the full cycle of planning and delivering professional training and executive education programmes. You will be key in ensuring a smooth, high-quality learning experience for participants while working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Job Details:
Working hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Salary: $3,500 - $5,000
Location: West
Duration: 6-8 months contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire programme lifecycle, including handling customer enquiries, managing leads, processing course applications, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and coordinating programme delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for course participants, faculty members, industry partners, vendors, and internal departments such as IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Provide timely and professional responses to all customer enquiries to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Efficiently manage multiple programmes simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and handling high volumes of applications with strong prioritisation and time management.
• Supervise on-site programme execution, swiftly resolving any operational challenges or unforeseen issues.
• Support virtual and hybrid programme formats as needed, demonstrating proficiency in tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Ensure all documentation related to funding and compliance adheres to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations.
• Analyse operational data to extract insights and support strategic programme decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree qualification in any discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in programme management, event management, or customer service role, preferably from a fast-paced large organization or educational
• Strong coordination, event management, and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Zoom, Teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
