Who We Are Looking For?
As a Warehouse Executive, he/she is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, 3PL vendor performance, and continuous process improvement initiatives and also general facility maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
What Awaits You:
Warehouse Management
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Manage workforce planning, task allocation, and staff productivity to meet service level targets.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
3PL & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with 3rd Party Logistics providers to ensure SLA adherence, cost-efficiency, and service quality.
Monitor and review 3PL KPIs (delivery accuracy, lead time, returns handling, etc.)
Resolve escalations and performance issues with logistics partners promptly.
Coordinate reverse logistics and returns processes.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse layout, picking efficiency, and operational workflows.
Drive automation, digitisation, and lean initiatives to reduce waste and enhance throughput.
Analyse data to track KPIs, root causes of inefficiencies, and areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, customer service, and IT for process alignment
General Maintenance
Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment, racking systems, and safety infrastructure.
Coordinate repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance schedules with internal teams or external vendors.
Ensure the facility remains clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations.
Monitor utility usage and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Warehouse Operations and 3PL management
Proficiency in logistics software such as WMS, inventory control systems, and lean warehousing principles.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g Six Sigma, Kaizen) will be added advantage
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
Problem-solving and decision-making
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Attention to detail
Team Management skills
