1. Business Development Manager /Up to $6,000 @Toh Guan

• Maintain existing customers & expanding client base and introduce company services.

• Implement strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue and sales targets.

• Prepare sales material, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Attend inquiries and manage RFQ, ensuring prompt communication with clients.

• Follow up all sales cycle (Generate leads, quote, coordination, project implement, develop SOP).

• Follow-up to ensure client make payments.

• Making sure communication flows smoothly and follow-ups are done promptly.

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics,Supply Chain with 5 years of sales experience

• Self driven and ability to work efficiently in a diverse environment

2. Sales Support Executive / Up to $4,000 @Toh Guan

• Support the Sales Team on (Pricing / contribution analysis in RFQ, RFP and RFI).

• Prepare and submit proposals and quotations based on the customers' requirements.

• Ensure that all rates (costs, tariffs, surcharges, local charges, etc,) are regularly updated.

• Communicate with overseas office on customer’s requirements and rates quotation

• Interact & Align with internal team on on-boarding customer setup and SOP maintenance

• Upkeep file of quotations in accordance to guidelines

• Prepare weekly & monthly reports, and assist faciliate requests related to customer requirements

• Support project or assignment as assigned by Superior

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 2 years relevant experience

• Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate both orally and in writing
