Job Details:

Duration: Immediate – 1 Year (renewable)
Salary: Up to $5000 (depending on experience & qualification)
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays, 8:30am - 6pm
Location: Central/Orchard

Job Scope:
• Work on process reengineering and improvement.
• Integrating with other teams for reengineering of processes.
• Develop business operation cases.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including training and support.
• Responsible for managing all project documentations.
• Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise online presence.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as AI and enterprise software solutions.
Expertise in process optimization, automation, and integrating analytics with modern technology solutions.
