Senior/Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design, A1 Main Contractor) - Tracy T.

Join a top-tier A1 main contractor known for delivering standout projects across residential, mixed-use, commercial, MRT, and iconic landmarks. With an expanding portfolio of high-end interior fit-out works, we're hiring a Senior/ Quantity Surveyor to support interior design aspects of the projects. Enjoy a dynamic work environment with a 5-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and budget planning for interior fit-out and renovation projects.

• Collaborate with design teams, ID consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure scope clarity and cost alignment.

• Evaluate cost impact for material finishes, joinery, furniture, fixtures, and fittings (FF&E), including VOs and value engineering proposals.

• Track project expenditures, prepare cash flow forecasts, and provide financial insights to support project decisions.

• Review contract terms and manage subcontract documentation related to interior packages.

• Ensure timely and complete tender submissions, aligned with industry and company standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Interior Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in interior design or ID fit-out projects.

• Familiarity with ID materials, detailing, and supplier networks is an advantage.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior QS roles.
