About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, eager to learn, and excited to help build high-performing teams across diverse business units.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to support the end-to-end recruitment process, identify right talent to build capability for the Group, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives aligned with our employer brand and workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment process, from partnering with business leaders on recruitment needs to ensuring a smooth onboarding for new joiners.
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applications through the ATS
Recommend quality pre-screened candidates to hiring manager for interview
Co-lead interviews with hiring manager and facilitate candidate evaluation to ensure quality recruitment decisions in timely manner
Diversify candidates sourcing channels across job boards, referrals, recruitment agency, social media, and networking events.
Maintain candidate records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
Contribute to employer branding efforts through social content
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate feedback
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication
What We’re Looking For
Passion for people, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit
2–4 years of recruiting experience across B2B, B2C, e-Commerce, Supply Chain, corporate functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
